Question: What are some exercises that i can incorporate into the day that don't require fitness equipment?

I'm looking to slim down within the next 7 months for my sweet 16. Im not big on diets, but it's not like the food I eat already is unhealthy. For example, I don't drink any soda and I don't eat cake or other sweets, but I'm still chubby because I don't exercise...at all. I'm 5'2 and weigh 155 lbs, and I want to lose 10- 20 lbs. Any ideas as to what exercises I can do at home minus fitness equipment? Thanks =] |
